I'm a follower on GFC as Kathy Eyre and my favorite bread is Banana Bread (sour dough is a close second)

My favorite bread is a sweet yeast bread that my great grandmother(Mama Doris) used to make. I wish 100 times over that I had asked her to teach me to make it. I couldn't wait for it to come out of the oven. One day I will take time to keep a starter going and make bread for others like she used to do.

Thanks, Jerri! I am going to attempt to make whole wheat bread soon. If I'm not satisfied with my loaves, I may ask for the recipe. (If it's not a family secret!)

I'm a follower... and my favorite bread? Oh. That is hard. I love bread. There is a banana-blueberry bread I used to make quite frequently that I love. So, today anyway, I'll call that one my favorite.

I am a follower, and my favorite bread of all times is my homemade yeast bread! I make it all by hand (no bread machine!), and it smells soooo good while I'm kneading it, while it's rising, and as it's in the oven baking. Nothing better than a hot, right out of the oven slice of that bread slathered in butter!!

I'm a new follower! I love pumpkin bread, but enjoy any bread fresh out of the oven!

I love making homemade bread, too! Just started a "Cottage Industry" Bread business with my kids! :) No bread machines for us either, but I do use my Kitchen Aid Mixer!

I'm a new follower (from Molly's Home Team--rah rah!). The bread I bake most often (usually 6 loaves a week) is my honey whole wheat for sandwiches. I make various other quick breads, too as the mood strikes.

I follow you as Susan. I love all kinds of bread, so it would difficult to choose just one. How about sourdough?

I follow you as Naomi M. As far as what bread I like... I tried a sourdough with sun dried tomatoes the other day that was good enough to knock your socks off.
